Overview

To provide an excellent standard of administrative support to the Analytics department.

 

The Operations team ensures that all administrative and compliance processes are completed as pertaining to Rating Analytics. The team is the first point of call as a centralized function within rating analytics for external/internal audit and compliance reviews. The London-based Operations team is responsible for supporting the rating analytical team and works closely with its other offices in Europe, Asia and the US. The scope of work for the London-based Operations team is not only limited to London but covers global quality assurance and operational work for the teams in Asia and Europe.

 

We are recruiting this position on a 12 months FTC with an immediate start date. You will report to Associate Director, Ratings Operations

Responsibilities

Administrative support: 

  • Manage and maintain an up-to-date Rating Committee (RC) Scheduling calendar and tracker.
  • Manage and monitor the Operations team inbox.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly summary reports detailing key performance indicators (KPIs) within Analytics.

 

Operational tasks support:

  • Assist with collation and preparation of rating documentation supporting the analytical team.
  • Assist with recording rating committee documentation with accuracy in the internal document management system.
  • Assist the analytical team with any ad-hoc requests such as updating company information, portfolio changes, etc.

Qualifications

  • Educated to A Level and above (or equivalent).

Skills

  • Have previously worked as part of a team in a service support role in an office setting.
  • Administrative experience, preferably gained in a financial services environment, is an advantage.
  • A good standard of organization skills.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office.
  • Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive and possessing the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • High standard of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to maintain positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
